Simon Community attempts to provide accommodation that meets the individual's specific need at a particular time of life. The following is a description and overview of the type of accommodation and services we provide.

Direct Access/ Emergency Accommodation - Single Individuals

Move-on flats

  • This accommodation is aimed at individuals who are preparing to live independently within the community.

Resettlement/ Floating Support

  • These are services aimed at supporting people within their own homes to prevent them from becoming homeless again.

Foyer

  • Provides accommodation, training and employment opportunities for young people aged 17 – 26 years.

Rent Guarantee Scheme

  • The scheme offers financial support to tenants in an effort to prevent tenancy breakdowns.
