Our vision is a world without homelessness and our mission is to support people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to achieve a meaningful and independent place in their community.

We are non-judgemental and we exist to support our clients and meet their needs. We are trustworthy, focused on ending homelessness and dedicated to the people we support.

We have Support Worker roles opening across Northern Ireland, with a mix of full-time and part-time casual positions to suit those wishing to develop their career with Simon Community NI, and those studying or seeking experience leading to a career in social work, mental health or nursing.
