If you are homeless you can- Contact your nearest Housing Executive office.

If you are unable to do that-

  •   Telephone Simon Community NI -0800 171 2222
  •   In person- call to a Simon Community NI project
  •   Ask someone to contact  Simon Community NI and refer you on your behalf

We will carry out our initial assessment on the phone.

This will help us find the best way we can support you from our list of services.

If accommodation is required-

  • The support worker will assess if we are able to meet your needs.You will then be admitted to a project.If there are no available beds we will make every effort to find one with a partner organisation.
  • All of our sites are 24 hour access with the exception of sites for young people.
  • We are able to accommodate males and females aged 17- 64.
  • You will be introduced into the project and given advice on what day to day life is like. There will be someone available on all sites 24 hours a day.
  • Together we will draw a support plan up to help you with whatever needs you may have. You may need help with a health issue, managing your money, enrolment on a course or finding a job.
  • Working in partnership with a range of organisations we will aim to find you help with any areas of your life that you may need support with.
  • When you are ready we can assist you with moving to different accommodation- either semi-independent living in our flats or in your own accommodation in the community. We will continue to support you as long as necessary.
