We are committed to the wellbeing of all our employees. We invest heavily in the continuous professional development of our staff, with an intensive induction, regular training and skills audits. We run and promote a staff recognition scheme alongside a staff suggestion scheme.

For four years we have worked in partnership with Northstone, the Largest Construction and Materials group in Northern Ireland. This unique partnership meant Northstone won-
