About Us

What we do

We are a voluntary organisation which provides emergency accommodation, advice and community support for people who are homeless or those who are at risk of becoming homeless.

From our beginnings in 1971, we have recognised that addressing homelessness is more than providing a roof.

With this in mind, we have developed a range of services to meet other needs associated with being homeless-

  • Services for Families
  • Services for Young People
  • Rent and Deposit Bond scheme
  • Harm Reduction Service
  • Client Representative (In development)
  • Homelessness Prevention Programme
  • Central Access Point/Freephone- a 24 hour/ 7 days a week helpline to provide advice and support to those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

We are now leading the way in addressing homelessness in Northern Ireland. We are committed to our vision of ‘ending homelessness.’
